More Information
I started my Ayurvedic education in 1994 in NYC and formally through IYT in 1999, completing Kripalu School of Ayurveda in 2006 and Jiva's Advanced Practitioner Course in 2007. I competed the advanced training with Ayurvedic Health Ed/Hilary Garivaltis and have been working as an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Yoga Therapist, teacher, trainer and consultant full time at Kripalu Center for 10 years before moving to Florida where I opened the Chaya For Life Center and now The ChayaVeda™ Integrative Healing Arts Studio, and The ChayaVeda™ Education Programs. For the last 25 years I have been working as a Holistic Health Educator, Performing Artist and Spiritual Teacher, specializing in Ayurvedic Health Care, including nutrition, yoga, massage, panchakarma, purification, rejuvenation, and develop and teach transformational wellness and educational programs, providing CEU credit for LMT, PACE and YA, and working with groups and individuals to facilitate health and well-being. I authored Yoga of Action; Holistic Lifestyle and Adaptive Yoga for People with MS and Similar Conditions, featured in Kripalu Yoga, and Yoga International Magazine, and teach at ChayaVeda Integrative Healing Arts Studio as well as popular venues and teacher trainings throughout the country, including Kripalu Center, Omega Institute, Canyon Ranch, The Ayurveda Health Retreat, The Gainesville Retreat Center and Integrative Yoga Therapy.

I am dedicated to providing superior service, living authentically, and my mission and vision to educate and empower people through the practice of Ayurveda, Massage and Yoga, so they can find their inner balance and ultimate joy. My vision of health and the journey to wellness take into consideration the total lifestyle and constitution of the whole person to support healing and living a life of balance, by learning to live again in the most natural way possible, according to nature, to access our highest intuition and truth, unlocking healing and creative potential.
