Why should I take the exam?
Show Answer...
-
Earning NAMACB certification represents a significant professional achievement. As an emerging healthcare profession in the U.S., Ayurvedic medicine is not yet widely recognized. Building off of educational competencies and standards developed by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, NAMACB certification is the first well-established credentialing process for Ayurvedic medicine in the U.S.; as such, it provides one of the few means by which clients, healthcare entities, government agencies and others can determine whether individual practitioners are qualified.
-
If I pass the exam, then do I qualify for NAMA Professional Membership?
Show Answer...
-
There are no On-Site Proctored (OSP) testing centers near me. So, could I take the exam at my local school?
Show Answer...
-
Contracting with a new center to proctor exams is a fairly in-depth and lengthy process that takes 1-2 months for the business and legal paperwork to go through. So, if there is no testing center near you, then the On-Line Proctored (OLP) exam may be a better option for you. Kryterion (the testing company) has a very responsive and supportive on-line proctoring team that help testers set up their equipment.
