Step-by-Step AD Membership Application Process

 

NOTE: Ayurvedic Doctor membership is only open to qualifying BAMS, or above, graduates, or those who have graduated from NAMA recognized AD programs at Alandi Ayurveda Gurukula, Ayurved Sadhana, or Kerala Ayurveda Academy. The grand-parenting phase is closed.

 

STEP 1: Complete and submit the AD Professional Membership PDF Application. Please download here. Attached the completed PDF application, as the first attachment, below. (We would need you to print out the PDF and fill it in by hand and then make a PDF of your completed document.)

 

STEP 2: Attach your educational graduating certificate(s) and transcripts, as the second and third attachment, below.

 

STEP 3: Submit your application - NAMA will review your application for completeness and qualification.

STEP 4: Membership Approval - If/when your application is approved, you will receive information about creating your online account (Or, if you are already a NAMA member, upgrading your account.)

 

STEP 5: Create Online Account and Pay Dues

  • New Members: To create a new account, click this link and follow the prompt.
  • Current NAMA Members: Please do NOT create a new account. We will send you instructions to pay your dues and upgrade your current account.

NOTE: Professional members are required to complete the Professional Ayurvedic Continuing Education (PACE) every two years:

  • Professional Ethics Quiz: Please review the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct (2-credits)
  • Professional Ayurvedic Continuing Education (PACE) (28 course credits)
